Pamela Spurrell - Teesdale Representative

I am passionate about ensuring that health/social care services are the best that they can be for the local people.  I feel I meet the role description/specification as follows.

• I have significant experience of working in groups, sharing information, listening to others and an understanding that different people have different communication needs.
• I have been involved in many different LINk workstreams and I am currently a board member for the Dales Intergrated Care Pilot.  To be able to do all this I believe I have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
• I am prepared to commit to the Nolan principles and I am reliable and punctual at all times.
• I am happy to undertake any training that is necessary to carry out the role of a management committee member and so that I can link with the members that I would represent from my community and am happy to commit whenever time is necessary.
• I have significant experience of working in partnership with many different organisations across health, social care and the voluntary
